I will be employing a hybrid approach to conduct my classes, involving a mixture of both pre-recorded videos and live sessions. You, as a student, are required to watch the designated pre-recorded lectures before the scheduled live sessions.
Emails are a formal form of communication. You should not write an email the same way you would write a message on messaging apps such as Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. Watch the embedded video to learn more about this.
There are a few things you should keep in mind when writing an email to a faculty.
Use a meaningful subject
Maintain proper etiquettes
Mention your name, ID and course code
Given below is a sample email of a student who failed to submit their assignment on time.
Subject: Request to accept late assignment submission
Dear Sir,
I have been suffering from a serious case of fever lately. Consequently, I could not submit CSE141.1's assignment on spreadsheets on time. However, I am doing well now and as a result I have been able to complete the assignment. I'm attaching it along with this email. Therefore, given the circumstances, can you please accept it?
Regards,
Sadman Shuvo

If you click on a Google Form link and end up getting a message saying "You need permission", this means you are no longer logged in from your institutional account (ID@seu.edu.bd). There are two ways to get around this:
Switch to your institutional account
Open a new private/incognito window and paste the form link there, then log in using your institutional account when prompted if the former does not work.
Also, you should get a response email back when you fill out this form. This is how you can verify whether your submission has been successful or not. If you did not get one, this means the email somehow landed in your spam folder. In that case, you need to check your spam folder. Once you find that email, you need to click on "Report not spam". This will ensure that you get the email just like any other regular email from next time. Alternatively, you can also search Google Form in your email, if you can't find the email in your spam folder.
You may also watch the embedded video which outlines the contents mentioned above. After that you should use the sample form linked below to test if everything works out for you. Note that I will be using Google Forms to conduct exams. Therefore, you must thoroughly invest the time required to solve any problems that you may have with them. Otherwise, you will be in grave danger during the exams.

After watching the video, you must play around with the forms linked below and practice submitting your answers according to the specified guidelines. If you do not do so, you will most certainly end up running into problems in the actual exam.
