Visiting card of your co-supervisor
Appointment letter

A brief description of your responsibilities
You should hand over the internship questionnaire to your co supervisor at the end of your tenure. After filling it out, he should give it back to you in a sealed envelope. You are required to bring that back to me.
Given the pandemic, at the end of your tenure, you should ask your co-supervisor to fill out the questionnaire and send a soft copy to my email address (abdul.mueez@seu.edu.bd) from his/her official email account. You do not need to physically meet me. However, make sure that this is done within a day or two from when the final takes place.
You must prepare a report of your internship using LaTex. Do not use Microsoft Word to prepare your report. You will most certainly fail to maintain the required formatting. Furthermore, your report will first be evaluated by Turnitin. You must ensure that your similarity score (percentage of your text found within sources in Turnitin’s database) is below 30%. Hence, you must not copy and paste anything in your report. Every secondary source of information must be paraphrased and cited where appropriate. Also, ensure that you address the following:
Every figure/table should have a brief description referring to it
References must be cited properly (Click here for more information)
You will get 8 minutes to present your work. Therefore, you should rehearse beforehand in order to ensure that you can complete your presentation within the allocated time period. Also, your slides should contain bullet points of what you want to present and not paragraphs for you to read out from. Watch chapter 2 of this video to see how paragraphs can be broken down into bullet points.
