I am a senior Camera Autofocus Engineer at Google, based in Mountain View. I completed my PhD in Computer Science from York University in October 2021. During my doctoral studies, I focused on addressing various research problems related to Camera Depth of Field (DoF) manipulation, including but not limited to Autofocus, DoF extension, and synthetic shallow DoF. Prior to pursuing my PhD, I obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in June 2015. Subsequently, in July 2017, I recived my Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
