ABC Law is a small dynamic law firm, specializing in Criminal and Family Law. We are located in the top floor of the old Post Office building in Tokoroa. We believe in keeping it simple, and that quality and service are the cornerstones to providing community based advocacy. Communication is key to our successes - we are very aware of how clients can feel in stressful situations and of the need to put out fires as soon as potential issues are identified before they become major problems. Our staff are reliable and dedicated, and provide honest practical advice.
Andrew Allerton

Andrew formed ABC Law in 2019 following a year in private practice here in Tokoroa as a community focused lawyer and one who likes to keep it simple. He is a passionate criminal and family lawyer, now in private practice after 23 years of public service both in New Zealand and overseas. He has 10+ years of prosecution experience managing complex and technical cases for the New Zealand Police including assisting Police in 2013 with the implementation of the Criminal Procedure Act, the most significant change to criminal law since 1957. Andrew has an excellent knack of being able to quickly grasp complex issues whilst building rapport with people and a proven track record of success that is client centric and solution focused.
Te Kahui Manahi
Te Kahui is extremely client focused, friendly and approachable as well as knowledgeable. She specialises in criminal and family matters and strives to provide her clients with the best possible legal advice in a timely and respectable manner. Te Kahui believes that any client should expect the best, whether it be legal representation or service.
Te Kahui has 6 years plus of legal experience in both large and mid-sized firms.
When Te Kahui is not in the office she is spending time with her family. She enjoys travelling locally and abroad.
