Thank you for selecting IamOK (the “Service” or “Application”). We take the privacy and protection of your information very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your information, and the choices and rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please read this policy carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to the IamOK Application provided by Leap Fitness Group (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
You: The individual who accesses or uses the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf such individual accesses or uses the Service.
Developer / We / Us / Our: Leap Fitness Group (the operator of IamOK).
Application: The mobile app named IamOK provided by us.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service: The Application and related services we provide.
Third-party Media Service: Any website, platform, or social network through which you may access or interact with the Service.
The information we collect depends on how you use the Service. We follow data minimization principles and only collect what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Support communications: If you contact us, we may collect the information you provide (e.g., email address, message content) to respond and provide support.
You may be asked to grant optional permissions to enable certain features. You can enable/disable these permissions at any time in your device or app settings.
Notification management permissions (Optional): Used to help reduce interruptions (e.g., during rest/sleep/focus features). If you do not enable this permission, you can still use the Service, but some notification-related functionality may be limited.
When you use the Service, certain technical data may be processed automatically, such as:
Online identifiers (e.g., device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted)

App usage and diagnostic information (e.g., crash logs, performance metrics)

Our app can be used without registration or login. If we introduce third-party login in the future, we will update this policy and explain what data is shared and on what legal basis.

Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Service (e.g., fixing bugs, ensuring smooth performance)

We may display ads to support and enhance the Service. Our current advertising partner is Google. Depending on your settings and consent choices (where required), Google may process certain data such as:

Device and app interaction information for advertising measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention
Consent for EEA/UK/Switzerland users: Where required by law, Google (or we) will request your consent before processing data for personalized ads or using non-essential cookies/identifiers.
You can choose not to receive personalized ads. You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security. We review requests carefully and only disclose what is legally required.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Where required by law, we will provide notice and obtain consent. If you have an account/data stored, we will provide a reasonable opportunity (e.g., at least two weeks where feasible) to decide whether you want to retain or delete your data, subject to legal requirements.
Your information may be processed in our operating offices and in other locations where our service providers are located. This may involve transfers outside your country/region.
If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland and your data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or other lawful mechanisms.

You can permanently delete all information (both locally and in the cloud) and your account by selecting “Delete all data” in the settings page. Once deleted, the information cannot be recovered, except where retention is required by law (e.g., security, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no security method is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where required, we will notify you by email and/or by prominent notice in the Service before changes take effect. We will also update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the updated policy.
