ROLL THE DICE
Setup/Equipment:
2 Dice, List of Exercises
Objective: Students will be testing their luck rolling the dice to see what exercises they get to perform.
Activity:
Grab two dice and find your exercise area
Number a piece of paper 2-12 and assign an exercise to each number
2 - Jumping Jacks
3 - Squats
4 - Push Ups
5 - Sit Ups
6 - Burpees
7 - Tuck Jumps
8 - Lunges
9 - Mountain Climbers
10 - Frog Jumps
11 - Somersault
12 - Cartwheel
Roll both dice to see which exercise to perform
Roll both dice again to see how many reps to complete
Continue for 15-20 minutes taking a short break in between exercises
Modifications:
Could complete this activity individually or with a group
Use the chart above or create your own with other exercises
Could take turns rolling and exercising with others creating a competition
