ROLL THE DICE

Setup/Equipment:

2 Dice, List of Exercises


Objective: Students will be testing their luck rolling the dice to see what exercises they get to perform.


Activity:

  • Grab two dice and find your exercise area

  • Number a piece of paper 2-12 and assign an exercise to each number

    • 2 - Jumping Jacks

    • 3 - Squats

    • 4 - Push Ups

    • 5 - Sit Ups

    • 6 - Burpees

    • 7 - Tuck Jumps

    • 8 - Lunges

    • 9 - Mountain Climbers

    • 10 - Frog Jumps

    • 11 - Somersault

    • 12 - Cartwheel

  • Roll both dice to see which exercise to perform

  • Roll both dice again to see how many reps to complete

  • Continue for 15-20 minutes taking a short break in between exercises

Modifications:

  • Could complete this activity individually or with a group

  • Use the chart above or create your own with other exercises

  • Could take turns rolling and exercising with others creating a competition
