Ingredients for your healthy recipe


Objective: Students will be making a healthy snack or meal to enjoy!


Activity:

  • Create a meal or snack using only healthy ingredients

  • You can come up with your own recipe or follow one that you found

  • The meal or snack should consist of a minimum of 4 healthy ingredients

  • The more creative and the tastier it looks the better!

  • If possible, take pictures of the food or recipe and post on twitter tagging @AbbottPhysEd or e-mail to Mr. Williams!


Modifications:

  • If the ingredients are unavailable type up your own recipe and make your snack or meal at another time
