Setup/Equipment:
Ingredients for your healthy recipe
Objective: Students will be making a healthy snack or meal to enjoy!
Activity:
Create a meal or snack using only healthy ingredients
You can come up with your own recipe or follow one that you found
The meal or snack should consist of a minimum of 4 healthy ingredients
The more creative and the tastier it looks the better!
If possible, take pictures of the food or recipe and post on twitter tagging @AbbottPhysEd or e-mail to Mr. Williams!
Modifications:
If the ingredients are unavailable type up your own recipe and make your snack or meal at another time
