Setup/Equipment:

Coin, Stopwatch


Objective: Student will be performing random exercises that are decided by the flip of a coin


Activity:

  • Use this or create a chart with columns labeled Heads and Tails and at least 10 exercises per column:

    • Heads Tails

20 Jumping Jacks 10 Tuck Jumps

10 Burpees 15 Push ups

20 Sit ups 30 sec Plank

1 min Wall Sit 20 Squats

20 Lunges 20 sec High Knees

30 Bicycle Crunches 30 Mountain Climbers

20 Frog Jumps 20 Star Jumps

30 sec Bear Crawl 30 sec Crab Walk

20 Air Punches 20 Air Kicks

1 min Side Plank 1 min Superman

  • Flip the coin and perform the corresponding exercise for each row

Modifications:

  • Create your own exercise chart

  • Compete against others calling heads or tails each time

  • Complete more than one round
