BOTTLE FLIP FITNESS

Setup/Equipment:

Partially filled water bottle


Objective: Students will recognize the value of physical activity for enjoyment and challenge.


Activity:

  • You'll need a partially filled water bottle.

  • 3 jumping jacks=2 bottle flip attempts

  • Each time you land the bottle flip you earn 1 point!

  • How many times can you land the bottle in 1 minute?
