Setup/Equipment:
Partially filled water bottle
Objective: Students will recognize the value of physical activity for enjoyment and challenge.
Activity:
You'll need a partially filled water bottle.
3 jumping jacks=2 bottle flip attempts
Each time you land the bottle flip you earn 1 point!
How many times can you land the bottle in 1 minute?
