This course is intended to provide a foundation for solving real-life project assignments and explore the benefits of having a variety of skill sets on a team.

Instructions: Creating a team atmosphere and understanding the assets of different intelligence strengths can often be difficult. The intention of this course is to build a respect and understanding for the varying skill sets your team has. As you navigate through this course, complete each of the survival phases with your team. You will be required to complete check-ins along the way. By the end, you should have a better understanding of each of the multiple intelligences and how they can work together to create an effective team.

Your job is to help create a plan to survive after a shipwreck with eight survivors. To do this, you will need to:

• understand the multiple intelligences strengths and weaknesses

• implement each of the four phases of survival

• communicate with your team members

• complete the knowledge checks

You will need to consider their multiple intelligences, strengths, and weaknesses in order to best team up the survivors and plan their survival. You will be expected to complete a post-rescue knowledge check at the end of the course.

Throughout this experience, you will learn about the eight different multiple intelligence strengths and how they can benefit one another.
