This Privacy Policy explains how the Abandon Rate and Service Level Checker Chrome extension handles information when used.
Abandon Rate and Service Level Checker is a Chrome extension designed to help workforce management and real-time monitoring teams view queue performance information from supported Amazon Connect Real-time Metrics pages.
The extension reads displayed Summary metrics and presents relevant queue information in an easy-to-read popup.
The extension can display information such as:
Queue panel name
Abandoned contacts
Handled In contacts
Callback contacts handled
Calculated Abandon Rate
Service Level (SL) target
Running Service Level
The extension also periodically refreshes the displayed metrics to reflect updates on the active Real-time Metrics page.
The extension accesses only the information necessary to provide its queue monitoring and calculation functionality.
Queue metrics are processed locally within the user's browser for the purpose of displaying the metrics and calculating Abandon Rate.
The extension does not transmit these queue metrics to an external server operated by the developer.
The developer does not collect or store personal information, authentication credentials, browsing history, financial information, health information, personal communications, or location information through the extension.
The extension does not maintain an external database containing the Amazon Connect queue metrics it processes.
The developer does not sell user data.
The developer does not transfer user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to the extension's stated functionality.
The extension may use browser permissions necessary to provide its functionality, including:
activeTab: Used to temporarily access the currently active Amazon Connect Real-time Metrics page when the user activates the extension.
scripting: Used to execute the extension's locally packaged script on the active page so it can identify queue panels and read the displayed Summary metrics required for the extension's functionality.
These permissions are used only to provide the extension's stated queue monitoring and calculation features.
The extension does not execute remotely hosted JavaScript or WebAssembly code. The code required for the extension's functionality is packaged with the extension.
The extension is designed to work with supported Amazon Connect Real-time Metrics pages.
Abandon Rate and Service Level Checker is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of Amazon or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The extension is designed to minimize access to browser information and uses permissions only when required to provide its stated functionality.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the extension's functionality, permissions, or data-handling practices change.
Any updated version of this Privacy Policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
