This Privacy Policy explains how the Abandon Rate and Service Level Checker Chrome extension accesses, processes, stores, and uses information.
The extension is developed by Patrick Alvendia and is designed to help workforce management and real-time monitoring users view Amazon Connect Queue and Agent Activity information.
Abandon Rate and Service Level Checker has one primary purpose: to help users monitor supported Amazon Connect Real-time Metrics pages.
The extension can:
Read Queue Summary metrics displayed on Amazon Connect.
Calculate Abandon Rate.
Display the current Service Level target and Running Service Level.
Display Queue Panel names and operational metrics.
Monitor Agent Activity panels and Line of Business information.
Display Agent Login, Activity, Duration, Routing Profile, and Last Update information.
Filter and sort Agent Activity information.
Apply user-configured Activity Alert thresholds.
Navigate Agent Activity pagination when requested.
Copy Agent Login, Activity, and Duration information to the user’s clipboard.
Display Abandon Rate and Running Service Level information in the Amazon Connect browser-tab title.
The extension processes information displayed on supported Amazon Connect pages.

The extension may process Agent Login values containing a person’s name, username, or business email address.

The extension uses the information it processes only to provide its stated monitoring and calculation features.
Information is used to:
Calculate Abandon Rate.
Display Queue Summary metrics.
Display Service Level information.
Display Agent Activity information.
Keep agents grouped under their detected Line of Business.
Apply Activity and Routing Profile filters.
Sort Agent Activity information.
Highlight configured Activity Alert thresholds.
Show Alerts Only or Alerts First views.
Detect whether an Amazon Connect Queue view is paused.
Navigate Agent Activity pages when the user selects Previous or Next.
Collect Agent Activity pages when the user selects Copy Agent Data.
Display live Abandon Rate and Running Service Level values in the browser-tab title.
Convert the displayed Last Update timestamp to US Central Time for the agent table.
The extension does not use this information for advertising, profiling, marketing, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to its stated functionality.
Amazon Connect Queue and Agent Activity information is processed locally within the user’s browser.
The extension does not transmit Amazon Connect Queue metrics, Agent Login information, agent activities, activity durations, Routing Profiles, or Service Level information to an external server operated by the developer.
Temporary working data may remain in browser memory while the extension popup or Full Window is open. This temporary data is used only to display and update the extension’s interface.
The extension may store user interface preferences locally on the user’s device, including:
Activity Alert thresholds
Alerts Only setting
Alerts First setting
Hidden or visible Queue columns
Queue column widths
Agent Activity panel heights
Other display preferences required to restore the user’s chosen layout
These preferences are stored locally in the browser.
The extension does not use local storage to maintain an external database of Amazon Connect Queue or Agent Activity records.
Local preferences may remain until the user clears the extension’s browser data or uninstalls the extension.
The Copy Agent Data feature is initiated only when the user clicks the Copy Agent Data button.
When requested, the extension may navigate through the available Agent Activity pages and collect:

Activity
Duration
The collected values are combined into a tab-separated, Excel-ready list and written to the user’s local clipboard.
The copied information is not sent to the developer or an external server.
After information is placed on the clipboard, it is controlled by the user’s operating system, browser, and any application into which the user pastes it. Clipboard content may remain available until it is replaced or cleared.
The extension uses a locally packaged content script on supported Amazon Connect domains to display live metrics in the browser-tab title.
The tab title may appear in a format such as:

This feature processes Queue metrics locally and does not transmit them to the developer.
The extension may use the following browser permissions:
The activeTab permission allows the extension to temporarily access the Amazon Connect tab the user is actively viewing after the user opens the extension or requests an action.
The scripting permission allows the extension’s locally packaged scripts to read supported Amazon Connect Queue and Agent Activity panels and perform user-requested functions.
The extension’s site access is limited to supported Amazon Connect domains, including:
https://*.my.connect.aws/*
https://*.awsapps.com/*
This access is used to read supported Amazon Connect metrics and update the browser-tab metric title.
The extension does not use this access on unrelated websites.
The extension does not execute remotely hosted JavaScript or WebAssembly.
All JavaScript required for the extension’s functionality is packaged with the extension.
The extension does not download executable code from an external server.
The developer does not:
Sell user data.
Rent user data.
Transfer user data to advertising platforms.
Transfer user data to data brokers.
Use user data for personalized advertising.
Use user data for creditworthiness or lending decisions.
Share Amazon Connect Queue or Agent Activity information with third parties.
The extension’s use of information is limited to providing and improving its disclosed single purpose.
The extension’s handling of information is intended to comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The extension is not designed to collect or process:
Health information
Financial or payment information
Passwords
Authentication tokens
PINs
Security-question answers
Personal emails or chat messages
GPS coordinates
Precise physical location
General browsing history
Agent Login values may contain business email addresses, but the extension does not use them as authentication credentials.
The developer does not operate an external database that stores Amazon Connect Queue or Agent Activity information processed by the extension.
Queue and Agent Activity data is used temporarily while the extension is operating.
Locally stored display preferences may remain on the device until:
The user clears the extension’s browser data.
The user changes or resets the setting.
The user uninstalls the extension.
Information copied to the clipboard remains subject to the user’s browser, operating system, and clipboard-management settings.
The extension is designed to limit access to the information required for its stated functionality.
The extension:
Uses narrowly scoped Amazon Connect site access.
Processes Amazon Connect information locally.
Does not execute remote code.
Does not transmit Queue or Agent Activity information to a developer-operated server.
Uses user actions for features such as Copy Agent Data.
Requests only the browser permissions required to provide its functionality.
Users may control the extension by:
Choosing which Queue columns are visible.
Setting or clearing Activity Alert thresholds.
Using or disabling Alerts Only and Alerts First.
Selecting Activity and Routing Profile filters.
Choosing whether to use Copy Agent Data.
Closing the extension Full Window.
Disabling or uninstalling the extension.
Clearing the extension’s locally stored browser data.
The extension is designed to operate with supported Amazon Connect pages.
Amazon Connect and Amazon Web Services may have their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms of use.
Abandon Rate and Service Level Checker is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of Amazon or Amazon Web Services.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the extension’s functionality, permissions, or data-handling practices change.
Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
If a future version changes how information is collected, used, stored, or shared, the relevant disclosures will be updated accordingly.
