We use lobbying and grassroots efforts to promote our Public Policy Priorities. Branch members can use AAUW tools to advocate for passage of important legislation at all levels of government, and to educate the public about the benefits of selected policy changes for all citizens.

Support Democracy! Apply to become an Election Hero to assist at an upcoming election. Submit an application to your local city clerk’s office of choice to work at a polling site to help voters or assist tabulating absentee ballots. Training is provided the week before the election.
