AAUP leaders and members held an Advocacy Day in Jeff City on March 6. They met with legislators including Gregg Bush (pictured here), Marlon Anderson (on the Joint Education Committee), Kathy Steinhoff, and David Tyson Smith. AAUP shared guidance on academic freedom and expressed concern about HB742, an anti-DEI bill.
