By purchasing a subscription or a fixed-period access package ("Validity Period") within the [Insert Your App Name] Android app, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Digital Services
Once a purchase is finalized via Google Play Billing, the validity period begins immediately. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not provide refunds for:
"Change of mind" purchases.
Unused or partially used validity periods.
Accidental purchases made by friends or family (please use Google Play’s authentication settings to protect your account).
2. Subscription Cancellations
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current, prepaid billing period.
No Pro-rata Refunds: If you cancel before the end of your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that period.
3. Exceptions
A refund may only be considered if the service is deemed legally defective, unavailable, or does not perform as advertised. If you encounter a technical fault that prevents you from using the app, please contact us within 72 hours of the purchase.
