I am a second-year PhD student in Accounting at the University of Oregon, Lundquist College of Business. I received my Master's degree in Accounting with a concentration in Accounting Analytics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPolyU). I passed the Chinese National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination (Chinese Bar Exam) and CFA Level I exam.
My research examines the long-term competitive advantages of real world business operations, focusing on non-financial information. I believe that these advantages stem from factors such as leadership, business strategy, innovation, organizational structure, workforce, environmental accountability, culture, and social networks—elements often not revealed in financial information but actually shape it.
