Prices: All prices are subject to change without any notice.
Scheduling: Please book appointment for all services before visit. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Aaku's Spa to ensure the best appointment date and time that works for your schedule which helps us to serve you better.
Appointments: Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation. If arriving late for your appointment, as a courtesy to the next guest, we may not able to serve you at this time or your service will still have to end on time regardless of the start time.
Cancellations: The staff earn their wages by reserving time for our clients, and we make every effort to schedule enough time for each client’s needs. In order to keep this schedule policy working, we would like to request you to cancel or reschedule your appointment before 24 hours if you are not able to make it on time.
Staff Selection/Changes: If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know.
Credit Cards: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Suggestions: We’re always open to yours. Please let us know how we may serve you better.
For Your Protection: We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
Cell Phones: In order to maintain the tranquility of your surroundings, cell phones must leave in the bag during your service.
Children: The Spa is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the salon area, please keep children with you at all times for their safety.
Service Satisfaction: In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us and schedule a redo of your service within 5 days of your service visit.
Product Return Policy: We will issue a full refund on products unused and returned within 14 days of purchase.
The only personal information we collect is name, email address and telephone number. We use the personal information collected from you to record your service. Such personal information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
