This case study aims to provide a practical application of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) in a real business scenario. In addition to applying the EDA techniques we have learned, we also gain a basic understanding of risk analytics in the banking and financial services industry. The goal is to comprehend how data is utilized to mitigate the risk of financial loss when lending to customers.
This project aims to provide a hands-on experience of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Data Visualization in a real-life scenario, showcasing their applications and operations in the respective field.
After conducting the analysis, we can determine whether a client is likely to repay the loan or not. It was observed that laborers are more likely to encounter difficulties in loan repayment. Additionally, individuals with a secondary or secondary special education background may face challenges in repaying their loans. Furthermore, it was found that individuals residing in a house or apartment also experience difficulties in loan repayment, possibly due to additional home loans, EMIs, and other financial obligations.
