The following terms outline the agreement between you, the client, and the artist, and should be read carefully before hiring.

1. The client will provide the artist with clear instructions and any necessary reference materials for the project. The artist will make every effort to fulfill the client's requests, but the final product may vary from the original concept due to the artist's interpretation and artistic style.

2. The artist will complete the project within the 1-37 work weeks timeframe. If the project is delayed due to circumstances beyond the artist's control, the artist will notify the client as soon as possible.

3. The client will pay the artist the agreed-upon fee for the project, plus any additional expenses such as materials and shipping costs. Payment is due upon completion of the project.

4. The artist retains the rights to any original artwork created for the client, but grants the client a limited license to use the artwork for the agreed-upon purpose. The client may not sell or distribute the artwork without the artist's permission.

5. The artist will not share any personal or confidential information provided by the client without the client's permission.

6. Credit must be given to me, "a13ki_ on Instagram" when my work is used, unless agreed otherwise.

7. The artist will reject any commissions that I believe are outside the range of my abilities.

8. The client agrees to treat the artist with respect and professionalism.

9. The artist reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client is rude or disrespectful.

10. These terms may be amended by mutual agreement between the artist and the client.
