They are the best snack every to have in the refrigerator/freezer for a quick grab and go bite. The cinnamon, apples, and cashew butter combined give the most amazing flavor that honestly tastes like dessert!

The golf ball is most likely your user account picture. It cannot be removed. However, you should be able to change it, using the steps you described (System Preferences -> Users & Groups). Make sure to click on the big picture in the Password tab instead of clicking on the little picture in the sidebar.

Thank you for replying so quickly. There is no picture in the password tab - only the golf ball on the sidebar. Have had this Mac for 6 weeks and up until yesterday, there was a yellow flower in the space where the golf ball now appears???? This image sits over the top of the photograph which I've chosen for my desktop - and I've no idea how to change it or get rid of it. Hope this makes sense.

The spinning activityIndicator, historically known as the beachball, shows you some sort of activity is taking place, like something loading or processing. If something is very intense or time consuming you can see it for a while. If it is going on "too long" something may be stuck.

Changed job and had to dig out my old USB Mac Mighty Mouse model A1152 because the mouse they bought me was rubbish. It has the scroll ball, but the new Mac OS doesn't seem to know what to do with it. The ball settings have no option to use it to scroll (see screenshot), and in the 'Scrolling' dropdown menu you can supposedly select up and down, 360 or whatever, but nothing actually happens. Seems the Mac OS just doesn't recognise the ball as inputting any scrolling. Is there something on the .plist I need to change or something? Or is this just a fundamental Apple doesn't care about old peripherals when making their new OS sort of thing?

FWIW, I still have a few A1152 mice laying around from the distant past. I checked two of them, the scroll ball works with one of them on an iMac Pro running Ventura 13.1, one doesn't. I do remember the scroll ball was the first thing to fail back in the day.

It is an eight ball, which is the eightball given as a choice in the photo attached to my account name. I never had used it so that's why I didn't recognize it at first. It changed itself from a picture of me to the eight ball.

I hope you and your family enjoy these whole food carrot cake energy balls as much we do. Your reviews and comments help other people find this recipe too, so please leave one if you have time. Plus, I just love reading your feedback.

Since that first encounter, I always keep my eye out for a good bliss ball and jump on the chance to taste different bliss balls wherever I go. My latest bliss ball find was at a restaurant in Barcelona. It was a matcha pistachio combo and it was incredible! That little ball of heaven inspired these Chocolate Matcha Oat Bars but also planted the seed for a mild obsession with bliss ball flavours.

I am so glad you posted this for so many reasons. 1. Because now I know I am not the only person that comes home and spends the evening planking on the bed after a long day. 2. Because you are right, we all have that feeling. I feel like a failure more times than not. 3. Because these popcorn candy apples are genius, to die for, something I must have NOW!

I have placed wound up butterflies in thank you, birthday, and holiday cards, as well as in a book or two - the response has been wonderful from children and adults alike. Nothing like a magical surprise to greet the receiver, and it is reusable to boot (added wind-up directions in the envelopes)! The surprise balls, from angels & mushrooms to tangerines and Xmas themes, have delighted all around the table during the holidays - takes the place of English crackers - with crowns & fortunes, crystals & riddles, candies & toys! Nothing like adding a little magic to the special moments!

I like to call this an appetizer, but I could seriously make this bad boy my entire meal. The texture of the apples throughout the cheese ball make it extra special. I used an Envy apple in this recipe.

You can enjoy Envy apples in this Caramel Apple Cheese Ball (which I highly recommend), or simply sliced up on top of a salad, served on a platter with an assortment of cheese or eaten plain for a quick, filling, nutritious snack.

You will also love my Cranberry Walnut Cheese Ball which you should totally check out. That cheese ball is another favorite of mine. I also have a recipe for Fresh Apple Pie Dip that you can use up some of those apples in.

These are a few of my favorite things: cooking, baking, Broadway musicals, cruises, Disney World, Christmas, storms, 80's and country music, and my favorite pastime has always been baseball. Go Yankees!

Yep, another energy ball recipe! This is inspired by one of my fave Larabar flavors: apple pie, which is filled with cinnamon and apple goodness. Naturally, I wanted to create my own version of the bar, but in ball form. I must say, the flavors are spot on!

The sharp cheddar cheese paired with sweet apples is a classic flavor combination. It's perfect as part of a tray of easy holiday appetizers, a charcuterie board, or served with your favorite crackers on game day.

Today I am really excited to show you how I made these mini apple pies in Ball jars. These Mini Apple Pies are easy to make and filled with a simple homemade apple pie filling. They taste just like apple pie except they are smaller and taste as cute as they look.

There are a few things you can do to prevent runny apple pie. The best solution is to precook your apple filling. You can also reduce the juice and experiment with thickeners. Venting the top crust or using a decorative or lattice crust will also help.
