Yuanfang Chen received her Ph.D. degree from University Pierre and Marie Curie (University of Paris VI) & Institute Mines-Telecom, France. She received the M.S. and first Ph.D. degrees from Dalian University of Technology, China.

Earthquake Disaster Simulation for Urban Construction is supported by 973 Program of China. The main idea of this project is to carry out numerical simulation of urban constructions in Earthquake using a grid environment. This project uses grid and the globus toolkit.
In the Laboratory of Intelligent Information Processing, Informatization Construction Of Tie Ling Land Resources Bureau is supported by Government Fund. My work: Implement subsystem.
