By downloading or using the PDFCam Pro app ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer.
PDFCamPro is provided as a Free app. To keep the premium features free for everyone, the app displays advertisements provided by third-party networks (like Google AdMob).
All documents you scan, create, or modify using PDFCamPro are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or claim any ownership over your personal documents. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using this app. You strictly agree not to use this App for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
Creating fraudulent identification documents.
Forging signatures or falsifying official records.
Processing content you do not have the legal right to use.
Password/Lock Feature: If you set a password to lock a PDF using this App and forget it, we have no way to recover, bypass, or reset it. You are solely responsible for remembering any passwords you create. We are not liable for permanently locked documents.
OCR (Text Recognition): Text recognition (OCR) results may contain inaccuracies. Please verify important, sensitive, or legal documents manually before relying on extracted text.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, corrupted documents, or device issues arising from the use or inability to use this App.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
