One time disaster cleanup: Removal of heavy debris from storms, disasters, or post construction. Balance water and clean filter. Typically more labor and chemical intensive than normal cleaning and maintenance. Prices from $200.00 and up.
Filter cleaning: Backwashing or split and clean of pressure DE filters. Thorough cleaning and coating of vacuum DE filtration as found on commercial pools, and cleaning/degreasing of cartridge filters. Prices starting at $25.00 and up.
Monthly cleaning services:
Removal of debris from pool. Empty skimmer and pump baskets. Clean waterline tile. Check and balance water using approved chemicals and procedures. Prices starting at $100.00/month and up, chemicals included. Use of any remedial treatments (algaecide, phosphate treatments, etc.) or additional demand for chemicals due to faulty equipment or leaks will incur additional charges.

Polaris Cleaner Rebuilding: Restore your aging or non functional Polaris to like new working condition. If your cleaner has slowed down, stopped climbing the walls, or simply stopped working, a rebuild with all new seals, gears, and bearings may be just what it needs. A new unit can cost $400.00 to $500.00. I will rebuild yours for $125.00 plus parts.
