HaloCam (빛무리) Privacy Policy
Effective: October 3, 2026
HaloCam ("the app") does not collect personal information or send it to any server.
1. Camera: The app uses the camera to add the effect to the live view. The video is processed only on your device and is saved only when you tap the shutter or record button.
2. Microphone: Sound is recorded only while you record a video. It is stored only in the saved video file and is never sent anywhere. You can record without sound if you do not allow microphone access.
3. Saving to Photos: Photos and videos you take are saved to your Photos library. The app asks only for permission to add photos and never reads your library.
4. Library photos: The app accesses only the photo you pick in the system photo picker, and applies the effect on your device. Photos or drawings used for "Make My Shape" are also processed on your device; only the traced line shape is kept on the device, never the photo.
5. Third parties, analytics and ads: The app contains no analytics or advertising tools and shares no information with third parties.
6. Retention: The app collects no personal information, so there is nothing to retain or delete. Photos and videos in your library are managed by you.
7. Changes: Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
