Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications operated by 9sKp$7rTq2!bGz, together with any related services operated by 9sKp$7rTq2!bGz (collectively, the "Application"). 9sKp$7rTq2!bGz is referred to as the "Service Provider".
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-26.
Information the Application stores
The Application does not require an account. It does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details in order to play.
The Application stores gameplay information on your device only, using the device's private app storage. Depending on the Application, this may include scores, level or progress status, run or session statistics, and optional in-app settings such as whether sound is muted. This information is used only to operate the Application, including saving progress and showing results on the device.
The Application does not collect your Internet Protocol address, advertising identifier, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or mobile operating system details for the Service Provider. It does not record the pages you visit, the time and date of visits, or the time spent in the Application for analytics or advertising.
The Application does not use cookies, pixels, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, advertising SDKs, or similar tracking technologies. It does not transmit gameplay information to the Service Provider or to third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
If you email the Service Provider, the Service Provider will use the email address and the contents of your message to respond to you and to handle requests such as access or deletion. That correspondence is not collected by the Application itself.
Device backup
The Application allows Android backup of its local app data. If you have device backup enabled, your device's operating system may include the Application's locally stored gameplay information in a backup associated with your own account, so that it can be restored to your device. The Application does not operate that backup and does not receive a copy of it.
The Service Provider does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Service Provider does not use personal information to send marketing communications.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at tatudafer80@gmail.com.
Gameplay information stored by the Application remains on your device. You can delete it by clearing the Application's storage or by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops any further on-device storage by the Application. It does not delete a device backup that your operating system has already made, or email you have already sent to the Service Provider. You may request deletion of email correspondence by contacting tatudafer80@gmail.com.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at tatudafer80@gmail.com.
Data retention
Gameplay information is kept on your device until you clear the Application's storage, uninstall the Application, or the operating system removes that data. The Service Provider does not keep a server copy of gameplay information.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, that correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to respond and to meet any legal obligation, and is then deleted.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age. The Application does not send gameplay information to the Service Provider. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has sent personal information to the Service Provider by email, please contact the Service Provider at tatudafer80@gmail.com so that the Service Provider can delete it.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Gameplay information is stored in the Application's private storage on your device. Email sent to the Service Provider is handled with reasonable care appropriate to that correspondence.
International transfers
The Application does not transmit gameplay information off your device to the Service Provider. If you email the Service Provider, that message is received at the contact address published in this policy and may be processed by the email service that delivers it. The Service Provider does not use other international transfer mechanisms for Application data because the Application does not send that data to the Service Provider.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
