Inspired by this progress, our product team, led by Davit, integrated WASM code into Chrome extension and the QA team has started testing it with real apps. It worked quite well but occasionally there were voice breakups.
The results are really good and its use is dead simple. I'm probably going to use Krisp on my Lenovo Yoga Book which doesn't have a secondary GPU. For Chromebooks Krisp offers an extension for the Chrome browser.
Then there is the Chrome extension, that will work within the Chrome browser and allow you to cancel noise when using web apps within Chrome or when using ChromeOS. That might be on Meet, the web app version of Zoom or something like Zencaster recording.
In case you are on Linux or you use the Zoom web app, you have to use the Krisp Chrome extension. The chrome extension configuration is quite simple and all you have to do is download, install and sign up on the Krisp for Chrome extension.
Moreover, Kaushal has a dedicated review article of Krisp which covers all bases from macOS, Windows to Chrome extension. He has also done a few other tests and you can find the sample in his article.
Krisp has dedicated apps for Windows, macOS, iOS and even a Chrome extension. It supports 600+ video conferencing apps like Slack, Hangouts, Messenger, Join.me, WhatsApp, etc. Since I am on Linux, I am using the Chrome extension on the Brave browser. All you have to do is download, install and sign up on the Krisp for Chrome extension.
