I bought tickets to watch Evanescence in AC on Sep 8. Has anyone ever been to a concert in this venue? My ticket shows a section and a row but no seat number and no option to select one was given at the moment of purchase either.

The first floor of Independence Hall is accessible for those with mobility impairments. An audio description tour is available upon request. For those with hearing impairments, the "Birthplace of a Nation" pamphlet provides written information about the rooms shown on the tour and assistive listening devices are also available. Will Call is located at the Box Office. Will Call tickets can be picked up approximately two hours before doors open on the day of the ticketed show. The person whose name is on the account must be present and show their photo ID in order to pick up tickets. This waiver request must come to The Graduate School directly from the academic program to which you are applying. An unofficial transcript showing degree awarded, or degree in progress, will be required for final approval of this exemption by The Graduate School. The service fee is lowered to 10% when buying in person at the Colorado Symphony Box Office. Additionally, a 10% Facilities Development Admissions Tax (Seat Tax) will be added, per ticket. This tax is assessed by the City and County of Denver. Ticket service fees are non-refundable.

To create a safe viewing environment in the observatory, we limit the number of admissions according to session. Therefore, we recommend reserving your ticket online or via mobile app to avoid sold-out tickets or long waiting times for on-the-spot tickets.

The Academy will host standardized testing for the 23-24 school year if health and safety protocols allow. Most testing will include outside students as well as PA students. Students should review the Phillips Academy testing schedule posted on this page to determine test locations and registration method. The Testing Office will contact students when needed for registration.


Phillips Academy is a Test Center for a variety of standardized tests on the dates listed here. To register for these exams go to the appropriate test website: Collegeboard.org and ACT.org. Students register for the PSAT and AP exams through the Standardized Testing Office. Early registration is recommended as the PA test center often fills up.

College Board has changed security procedures and no longer allows walk-in or wait list testing. ACT offers stand-by testing and students must register online for that option. Students must be properly registered and have an admission ticket to be admitted for all testing. (No admission ticket required for PSAT or AP exams.)
