# Privacy Policy – 888 Boxing Club
Effective date: October 20, 2026
Baku App Craft provides the 888 Boxing Club mobile application for club members and people interested in the club. The application includes a boxing round timer, club news, a product catalogue and member account information.
## Information used by the application
The club's member records can include a member's name, phone number, member ID, profile image, membership expiry date and membership QR code. Signed-in members access their own membership information using the credentials provided by the club. Login credentials are transmitted to the club's server to authenticate access. Credentials used to maintain authenticated notification registration are kept in the device's protected credential storage.
For push notifications, the application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging. An installation identifier, push notification token, device platform and notification permission status are registered with the club's server. For signed-in members, this registration is associated with their member ID so that membership reminders are sent to the appropriate devices. General club announcements may also be sent to installations that are not signed in.
Timer settings, saved timer presets, appearance settings, favourite product identifiers and notification read state are stored locally on the device. The application does not access your contacts, microphone or precise location, and it does not integrate advertising or behavioural analytics SDKs.
## Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate members, display membership details, deliver club announcements and membership reminders, maintain local preferences and provide support. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
## External services
Firebase Cloud Messaging, operated by Google, and Apple Push Notification service deliver notifications. Notification titles and messages, including membership reminders, are processed by these services for delivery. Notification previews may appear on your lock screen depending on your device settings.
When you choose a WhatsApp contact, membership enquiry or product order action, the application opens WhatsApp or its website with a prepared message. You choose whether to send that message. Information you send there is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices. Opening external websites is subject to those websites' policies.
Club account and notification records are processed on the club's backend. Network requests use HTTPS. We take steps to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
## Your choices and deletion requests
You can decline or disable notifications in device settings and sign out of your member account. Signing out retires that installation's authenticated notification registration and removes its saved notification credentials. Uninstalling the app removes ordinary local app data according to the operating system's behaviour; protected credential storage can have different retention behaviour on iOS. Uninstalling does not delete the club's server-side membership records.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your membership information, contact the club through the Support action in the app or email the developer below. Club membership records are maintained for membership administration; any records that must be retained to meet applicable obligations may be retained for that purpose. Notification delivery jobs have a delivery lifetime of up to 24 hours; delivery status records may remain on the server for operational purposes.
## Children
If a club member is a child, a parent or guardian should contact the club regarding the child's membership information and the use of notifications. This app is not an advertising service directed at children.
## Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with its effective date.
