8111 Board Approved Onsite Meeting Safety Guidelines

• The 8111 Clubhouse attendees are currently REQUIRED TO WEAR A PROTECTIVE MASK. Please be courteous and respect other's right to personal space and safety.

• One (1) door for attendees entering; one (1) door for exiting

• Maintain 6 ft of distance between each chair. Extra chairs have been removed, we ask that groups leave this spacing and not adjust it.

• Do not allow more people than there are chairs in either meeting room (44 big room; 12 small room).

• Only 1 person at the front desk at a time (e.g. Mtg Chair may also Lead the Discussion or "DL"). Chairperson may choose to sit at the front near the Discussion Leader to manage the meeting and shares.

• Please no loitering/gathering in the parking lot

• FOR DONATIONS please use the Venmo app when possible; otherwise there will be a basket at the desk (please do not pass)

• Do not transfer chips from person to person; this will be handled by the Chairperson

• Refrain from hand holding, hugging, etc. during or after meetings.

• Clean the chairs after each meeting; alert the chairperson if there are safety or cleanliness concerns.

• Literature sales, free literature, and coffee service have been suspended until futher notice
