The "Your Device is not connected to the internet screen has been added for the BlueWeb Web Browser, and the browser does not start.
Start menu slide has been added.
The loading screen for the settings app has been added.

The start menu appears to be a placeholder saying that will be completed in the Beta 3.09 release of BlueOS, the full start menu is completed in this build.
