7 Star ERP is a business management application designed for shops, stores, warehouses, and small businesses. This app helps users manage stock, quotations, GRV, printing, WhatsApp sharing, and basic accounts-related work.

7 Star ERP does not collect, upload, sell, or share users’ personal data with any third-party server.

The app may store business data locally on the user’s device, such as stock details, customer and supplier details, quotation details, GRV records, account and voucher details, and business reports created by the user.

This data remains on the user’s device unless the user manually shares or exports it.

How We Use Information

The information entered in the app is used only to provide app features such as stock management, quotation, GRV, print, WhatsApp sharing, and accounts management.

We do not use user data for advertising, tracking, or selling to any third party.

Data Sharing

7 Star ERP does not automatically share user data.

Users may choose to share information manually through features such as WhatsApp, print, PDF, or other sharing options available on their device. In that case, the sharing is controlled by the user.

Internet and External Apps

Some features may open external apps or services, such as WhatsApp or the Android print/share system. These external apps have their own privacy policies, and 7 Star ERP is not responsible for their data handling.

We try to keep the app simple and safe. Users are responsible for keeping their device secure and for taking backups of their important business data.

Children’s Privacy

7 Star ERP is not designed for children. This app is intended for business users and shop/store owners.

Data Deletion

7 Star ERP stores business data locally on the user’s device. Users can delete their data by removing records from the app, clearing app storage from Android settings, or uninstalling the app from their device.

Permissions

7 Star ERP may use device features such as local storage, print/share options, and external app opening only to provide app features like saving data, printing, PDF, and WhatsApp sharing. These permissions are not used to collect, track, or sell user data.

Backup Responsibility

Users are responsible for taking backups of their important business data. 7 Star ERP is not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, app uninstall, phone reset, or manual deletion.

Business Data

Any customer, supplier, stock, quotation, GRV, or account information entered by the user is controlled by the user. 7 Star ERP does not access this data from any external server.

Ads

7 Star ERP does not contain third-party ads.
