I remember back in my 20s and 30s when I used to….

3 years ago, myself and my husband, Ben, were waiting for our plane to Baltimore to visit our daughter when an airline employee approached us.

For most of my life, I was always thin. After having my children, and after my father died, I started eating at night to soothe my emotions.
