HueVista ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how your data is handled when using HueVista on your Android device.
HueVista is designed as an on-device photo and video color grading application. All media files (photos, videos, and color adjustment parameters) you import are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, host, access, or store your personal media content or creative projects on external servers.
We do not collect personal identifying information directly. However, the App integrates trusted third-party services that may automatically collect technical and usage data:
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to deliver banner ads and rewarded interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID), IP addresses, and diagnostic information to deliver, personalize, and measure ad performance in compliance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Play In-App Billing: When you subscribe to HueVista Pro, all purchase transactions and billing details are processed securely and exclusively through the Google Play Store. We do not access or store your credit card or payment information.
HueVista requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function:
Photo & Video Access: Utilizes the zero-permission Android Photo Picker to allow you to select media for editing.
Storage Access: To save and export your finished color-graded videos and high-resolution photos directly to your device gallery.
Internet Connection: Required solely to load AdMob advertisements and verify Google Play Pro subscriptions.
HueVista does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. We implement standard safeguards to ensure data integrity across our integrations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product enhancements or regulatory changes. If you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us at support@ailm.in
