Process subscription payments and manage your account

3. Payments and Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. We offer monthly ($2.99 AUD), annual ($14.99 AUD), and lifetime ($19.99 AUD) subscription plans. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
Stripe: for payment processing
Base44: our app infrastructure provider
Law enforcement: if required by Australian law
5. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the app. When you delete your account, all your personal data, gameplay history, and profile information is permanently removed from our systems.
6. Children's Privacy
5PLAY is designed to be fun for the whole family and is enjoyed by players of all ages. However, the app is formally rated for users aged 13 and over in accordance with Australian privacy law and app store guidelines.
We welcome younger players to enjoy 5PLAY with parental supervision. Parents and guardians are encouraged to play alongside children under 13 and to manage their account and subscription on their behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account without parental approval, please contact us and we will delete the account immediately.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information using industry-standard security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
