HEYBOSS Studio provides 5MEMO. This policy explains how information is handled for notes, advertising and Pro purchases.
No separate 5MEMO account is required. To-do items, shopping items, completion states and appearance preferences are stored on your device. The App does not include note contents in advertising requests or send them to a developer-operated server. Android or your device's backup service may include notes and preferences in system backups according to your settings. The current version has no separate file export or sharing feature.
Banner advertising is disabled in version 1.2.0. In versions where advertising is enabled, the free version uses Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform. All users receive the same protective treatment: the App does not ask for age, disables personalized advertising, limits requested ad content to Google's G rating, and applies treatment for users under the age of consent. The App removes permission to access the Android advertising ID in these protected versions. These protections do not mean that all SDK data processing stops. Google SDKs may collect and share approximate location derived from IP, device or account identifiers other than the removed advertising ID, app/ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. SDK transfers use TLS. When Pro is active, the App stops requesting banner ads. If advertising privacy options are required, they are available in Settings.
Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. The App does not receive or store payment card numbers. It receives purchase details and proof to verify Pro access and stores verified proof locally. Restoration checks existing purchases through Google Play. Purchase proof is excluded from normal Android backup; restoration requires the Google Play account used to purchase Pro.
Notes and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or clear/uninstall the App. Manage system-backup copies through your backup provider. Google's advertising and purchase data is handled under its service policies and controls. We do not operate a server storing your notes.
5MEMO is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The advertising protection described above is applied to everyone without collecting age. Protect access to your device and backups. We update this page and its effective date when features or data practices change.

5MEMO 자체 계정 가입은 필요하지 않습니다. 할 일, 쇼핑 항목, 완료 상태와 화면 모드 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱은 메모 내용을 광고 요청에 넣거나 개발자 서버로 보내지 않습니다. Android 및 기기 백업 설정에 따라 메모와 설정이 시스템 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 현재 버전에는 별도의 파일 내보내기나 공유 기능이 없습니다.
1.2.0 버전은 배너 광고가 꺼져 있습니다. 광고가 활성화된 버전의 무료 이용에는 Google AdMob과 User Messaging Platform을 사용합니다. 모든 사용자에게 동일한 보호 설정을 적용합니다. 연령을 묻지 않고 맞춤형 광고를 제한하며, Google의 G 등급 광고만 요청하고 동의 가능 연령 미만 이용자를 위한 처리를 적용합니다. 보호 설정이 적용된 버전에서는 Android 광고 ID 접근 권한을 제거합니다. 이러한 보호 설정이 SDK의 모든 정보 처리를 중단한다는 의미는 아닙니다. Google SDK는 IP에서 추정한 대략적 위치, 제거된 광고 ID 이외의 기기·계정 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 광고 제공·측정·부정행위 방지 목적으로 수집·공유할 수 있습니다. 전송은 TLS로 암호화됩니다. Pro가 적용되면 앱의 배너 광고 요청을 중단합니다. 광고 개인정보 옵션이 필요한 경우 앱 설정에서 이용할 수 있습니다.
Pro는 Google Play가 처리하는 일회성 구매입니다. 앱은 카드번호를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 정보와 증빙을 받아 Pro 권한을 검증하고 검증한 증빙을 기기에 저장합니다. 구매 복원은 Google Play 구매 내역을 다시 확인합니다. 구매 증빙은 일반 Android 백업으로 복제하지 않으며, 복원에는 구매한 Google Play 계정이 필요합니다.
메모와 설정은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 초기화·삭제할 때까지 기기에 남습니다. 시스템 백업에 남은 사본은 해당 백업 서비스에서 별도로 관리해야 합니다. Google 서비스가 처리하는 광고·구매 정보의 보관과 삭제는 해당 서비스의 정책 및 사용자 설정에 따릅니다. 개발자는 사용자의 메모를 보관하는 별도 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
5MEMO의 대상은 13세 이상이며 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 위 광고 보호 설정은 연령을 수집하지 않고 모든 사용자에게 적용합니다. 기기와 백업에 대한 접근 권한을 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 기능이나 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다.
