Welcome to 5G Cricket Score ("the App"), developed by Umar Raza ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application available on Google Play Store.

By downloading and using 5G Cricket Score, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Player Names and Team Names — entered by you for match management

• Player Photos — optional, taken from your device camera or gallery

• Team Logos — optional, selected from your device gallery

• Display Name — your profile name entered in Settings

• User Role — Admin, Scorer, or Viewer (selected by you)

• PIN — stored locally on your device only (never sent to our servers)

• Match Data — match details, scores, innings data, scorecard information

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device ID — an anonymous identifier generated randomly on your device, used only to distinguish Host, Opponent, and Viewer roles in online matches. This ID contains no personal information and cannot identify you as an individual.

2.3 Online Match Data (when using Online Multiplayer feature)

When you create or join an online match, the following data is temporarily stored on our cloud database (Supabase) to enable real-time multiplayer functionality:

• Match code / Match ID (randomly generated)

• Team names

• Match scores and ball-by-ball data

• Anonymous device ID

• Match status and innings data

This data is used solely to sync the match between Host, Opponent, and Viewer devices in real-time.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect:

• Your real name (unless you enter it as your display name)

• Email address

• Phone number

• Location / GPS data

• Financial information

• Advertising ID

• Contacts or address book

• Call logs or SMS data

• Browsing history

• Microphone or camera access beyond what you explicitly grant for photo upload

• Any data from children under 13 years of age

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes only:

5. Data Storage

5.1 Local Storage

Most data is stored locally on your device using the device's local storage (localStorage). This includes:

• Team and player information

• Match history

• Offline match data

• Your PIN (encrypted)

• App settings and themes

This local data remains on your device and is not transmitted to any server unless you use the Online Multiplayer feature.

5.2 Cloud Storage (Online Matches Only)

When using the Online Multiplayer feature, match data is stored on Supabase (a secure PostgreSQL cloud database hosted on AWS). Supabase is GDPR-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption.

• Cloud data includes: match scores, ball data, team names, match codes, anonymous device ID

• Cloud data is NOT linked to any personal identity

• Online match data may be retained for up to 30 days after match completion

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

The only third-party service used is:

Supabase (supabase.com)

• Purpose: Real-time database for online multiplayer matches

• Data shared: Anonymous match data only

• Location: AWS infrastructure (Singapore region)

• Privacy: GDPR compliant

No other third-party services, analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools are used in this App.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted to Supabase is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS

• PIN is stored locally only and never transmitted

• Anonymous device IDs contain no personal information

• Supabase uses Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables

• No sensitive personal data is stored in the cloud

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

• Local data: Stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app

• Online match data (Supabase): Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted

• You can delete all local data at any time via Settings → Admin → Clear All Data

9. Children's Privacy

5G Cricket Score is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at Umarsarwar6600@gmail.com and we will delete such information.

• Access: You can view all your data within the App

• Correction: You can edit any data within the App

• Deletion: You can delete all data via Settings → Admin → Clear All Data

• Portability: You can export match data as PDF/text files

• Withdraw consent: You can stop using the online feature at any time (use Offline mode)

12. Third-Party Links

The App does not contain links to third-party websites or services, except as mentioned in Section 6 (Supabase).

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be:

• Notified via an in-app notification if changes are significant

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
