I had my first tarot reading in 2015, and began reading others in 2018. My approach to tarot is to use is like one might use a writing prompt for journaling - an impetus for reflection. While I am an intuitive empathetic person, I do not claim to know the future! However, I find it is a valuable tool for mental and spiritual health.

I am trained in Mental Health First Aid through the Canadian Commission. I seek to learn more about the world by attending the United Church of Canada, meditating at one of Edmonton's Buddhist temples, walking the labyrinth at the Centre for Spiritual Living, practicing yoga, listening to music, going on nature walks, following politics, living ecologically, and participating in indigenous round dances and pipe ceremonies.
