Reminder- Acrobat dancers- your red leo and shorts are your underclothes. You can put those on in the bathroom before rehearsal. Remeber that everyone should be wearing the white socks we gave you.

April 30
Q: Where are the Hula Hoops?
A: Hula Hoops are located off stage right.
Q: Where are the skip balls and jump ropes?
A: On the back shelf
Q: Where do the ribbons go for When I Grow Up?
A: There will be black tables on both sides. You can put them there.
Q: Where will we do costume changes?
A: Costume changes will be done in the wings so it is imperative that you have your underclothes on because there is zero privacy. You will place your costumes on the Z-Rack that is closest to your entrance before the show.
Q: Many Shoe Questions
A: I am bringing a giant box of shoes today.
Q: Can you get Hair Spray?
A: It's in the green room.
April 29
Q: What's going on with school song/What's up with School Song/ How do we do school song without gates?
A: The gates in school song are going to stay stationary from now on besides when they open in the middle because they are large and you would get lost behind them. The reaching choreo while the big kids are on the sides of the little kids looks good the way it is, so you will not need to change anything there.
We are not using any letters for the little kids to hold in this song. I'm not sure when it was communicated that you would have letters, but there will not be any letters. The choreography reads like the big kids are pulling on the little kids when they are crouched down and it looks awesome. Don't change anything, just keep doing what you are doing but work on getting to the little kids without giggling and do it in unison.
Q: When are we getting our shirts?
A: The shirts should arrive by May 6th. If they arrive before rehearsal, I will bring them that day.
Q: OBERT
A: I'm not sure how this is a question, but Obert is Oliver Bertram. He's an 8th grader and doing a great job! Be sure to tell him that next time you see him.
Q: Who is Matilda?
A: I hope you guys know this by now, but Matilda is played by Jane. The character of Matilda is a gleefully witty child who portrays the the wonder of childhood and the power of imagination! She dreams of a better life inspires other children to stand up for what's right!
Matilda has astonishing wit, intelligence... and special powers! She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher, the highly loveable Miss Honey. Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amount and is an example to her friends and grownups alike!
Q: When will the videos be uploaded?
A: Right now.
Please look at this chart to remind yourself what you wear in each scene! The second tab tells you which costume to wear. If you are worried about forgetting, write it down on a notecard and keep it with you!
Remember to bring your shoes from home! Any canvas type shoe that is either white or black unless you have been told otherwise. Also, if you have trouble finding shoes, please let Katy know and she will bring you some.
