Stephanie Bass, M.Ed.

Stephanie Bass is a School Success Associate. She is an experienced classroom teacher who is now coaching teachers to integrate technology. As a Microsoft Certified Educator, Google Certified Teacher, and a Promethean Master Educator, Stephanie has a real passion for introducing tech tools to students. She started working with the Source for Learning’s K12 team in 2015.
Kevin Bower, M.Ed.

Kevin Bower is a sixth-grade teacher in the Hempfield School District. He is an experienced classroom teacher, certified reading specialist and part-time instructor at Millersville University in Pennsylvania. Kevin loves to inspire teachers to integrate technology into their lessons. He began working with the Source for Learning in 2012.

Erica De Los Santos is a Learning Experience Designer with a wide range of experiences in education. From her work in the Peace Corps, to helping teachers as a SEL and Cultural Proficiency and Inclusiveness Specialist, she has developed a deep understanding of pedagogical practices that help teachers to propel all students to academic success. When she’s not working on classroom applications, Erica enjoys running and works to develop inclusive environments for other runners.

Barbara De Santis is the District Tech Integration Trainer for Sayreville Public Schools in New Jersey and is a Certified Google Education Trainer, BrainPop Educator and Discovery Education STAR. Barbara loves seeing students' eyes fill with wonder when they realize they have learned to solve their own problems. She began working with the K-12 team at The Source for Learning in 2021.

Sharon Hall is a National Board Certified teacher and a recipient of the Presidential Award of Excellence in Mathematics and Science teaching. A Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer, Flipgrid and Wakelet Ambassador, and Book Creator Certified Author, Sharon enjoys finding new resources for teachers and sharing ideas on how to use them. She joined the K-12 team at The Source for Learning in 2010.

Rachel Heil is a Technology Resource Teacher for elementary grades in Portsmouth Public Schools. She is a Level 2 Google Certified Educator, Apple teacher and Discovery Education STAR. Rachel enjoys helping teachers enhance their classroom with technology to make lessons more engaging and effective. Rachel joined the K-12 team at The Source for Learning in 2022.

Melissa Henning is the Educational Content Manager for Source for Learning. Her background is in gifted education. She is a Microsoft Certified Educator and Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer. Melissa enjoys checking out new tech tools so that she can share those tools with teachers. She started working with the Source for Learning’s K12 team in 2006.

Dr. Ruth Okoye is the Director of K12 Initiatives at The Source for Learning. She has over 20 years of experience using technology in the classroom as a reading specialist and technology coach. Ruth is both a Microsoft Certified Educator and a Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer. Ruth has a passion for collaborating with tech coaches. She joined the Source for Learning’s K12 team in 2015.

Darshell Silva is a school librarian in North Kingstown, RI and a per course faculty member at the University of Rhode Island. Darshell has a passion for teaching teacher to use primary source materials in their instruction. She began working with the K12 team at the Source for Learning in 2018.

Karen Streeter coordinates K12 Professional Learning Initiatives for the Source for Learning. She is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer, certified technical trainer, and a Microsoft Certified Educator. As a former Instructional Technology Supervisor, her passion is in helping technology coaches understand adult learners. Karen joined the K12 team in 2016.
