Our Team's goal is to identify the type of heart disease by finding meaningful patterns using the different datasets and Machine Learning techniques. We will be using the WEKA tool for this project. WEKA is an open-source toolkit used to apply machine learning algorithms on raw data and produces the output with visualization tools. And the datasets we will use for raw data are all related to Heart Diseases.
