Human Resource Development Foundation (HRDF) (İnsan Kaynağını Geliştirme Vakfı), which was founded in 1988 by a group of academics and business people in order to contribute to the solution of problems related to health, education and employment that negatively affect human development.
For more than thirty-five years, the Human Resource Development Foundation has worked to support the needs arising in this field through the programmes it has developed and the projects it has implemented, striving to stand alongside vulnerable groups.
