Design of the Nano-ARPES beamline at NanoTerasu

We are constructing a new beamline for the nano-ARPES experiments as one of the public beamlines in "NanoTerasu," 3-GeV next-generation synchrotron radiation facility at Tohoku, scheduled to start operation in 2024. In the presentation, I talk about the optical design and the current status of this nano-ARPES beamline.
