Receipt and processing of returns

Undelivered parcels must be returned between 7:00 PM (EST) - 9:00 PM (EST) the same day your route was assigned or between 5:00 AM (EST) - 8:00 AM (EST) the following day
Drivers are to apply ‘Return’ scans in the overflow queue adjacent to the warehouse
Once a ‘Return’ scan has been logged for each package, drivers are to give packages to Hailify warehouse staff by entering the staging queue, or by calling xxx-xxx-xxxx (outside of staging hours), and alerting us of their arrival with undelivered parcels
