By accessing and using the 3 Movies app (the "App"), you agree to comply with these terms of use, applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials provided in this App are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

(1) The materials provided in the 3 Movies App are on an "as is" basis. 3 Movies makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

(2) Furthermore, 3 Movies does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in the App.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall 3 Movies or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials within 3 Movies, even if 3 Movies or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in the 3 Movies App may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. 3 Movies does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. 3 Movies may make changes to the materials contained in the App at any time without notice. However, 3 Movies does not make any commitment to update the materials.
