Falkovideo: A controversial website that sparked a global investigation

Falkovideo is the name of a website that was created in 2009 by a Russian man named Sergei Falko, who claimed to be a photographer and a filmmaker. The website featured hundreds of videos and photos of young boys and girls, mostly from Eastern Europe, posing nude or engaging in sexual acts with Falko or other adults. The website was marketed as a "safe mail net", meaning that the users had to pay a fee and use a special software to access the content, supposedly avoiding detection by law enforcement.
