About this policy
This policy explains how 3D Wedding Video Maker handles information when you edit videos, use online AI features, view ads or purchase paid features. This website is hosted by Google Sites; Google's privacy policy also applies to its website hosting services.
Photos, videos and local data
The app stores project drafts, favorites, language preferences and imported photos, videos and audio on your device. Ordinary editing and video export run locally. Selected media is used to provide editing and export features. You can decline access or change media permissions in device settings. Deleting a project does not automatically delete source files, imported media copies or exported videos. Browser preview data is stored in browser storage.
Purchases
When billing is enabled, Google Play or the App Store processes payment. RevenueCat processes app user identifiers, purchase records and subscription entitlements to validate purchases and restore Pro. The app does not receive full payment card numbers. Store records are held separately from local app data. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription.
Advertising and tracking choices
When ads are enabled, Google AdMob and advertising partners may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Consent options depend on region and settings. Use available ad privacy choices in the app to revisit consent. On iOS, tracking authorization is requested through Apple's system prompt. Refusing does not prevent ordinary app use, and iOS withholds the advertising identifier. Tracking authorization does not replace other applicable privacy consent choices.
Optional online AI
When you submit a generation request, your prompt, selected reference images and generation settings are sent to the configured AI server and fal.ai for processing. The server maintains a device account identifier, credit balance, job history and results. Ordinary local editing does not send media to the AI service. Submit only content you have permission to use and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Providers may process data outside your country under their own published policies.
Retention and deletion
Local project data remains until you remove it or clear app data. Successful AI images and videos remain in the AI gallery until deleted. Temporary completed text and failed-job history is cleaned up after seven days. Deleting a completed AI result requests removal of its content and files from the app server, but does not remove downloaded copies. Account identifiers, credit ledgers and transaction records are retained separately to maintain entitlements, reconcile transactions and prevent duplicate transactions. Providers have their own retention rules; in-app deletion does not guarantee immediate deletion of all third-party copies.
Your rights and privacy requests
You can change device media permissions, revisit available ad consent options and delete completed AI results in the gallery. To request access, correction or deletion of account data, or ask about retention, email diepquocphong@gmail.com with the subject '3D Wedding Video Maker - Privacy request'. Include only information needed to identify the relevant account or transaction. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers or private media. We may need to verify your request and explain any records that must be retained for applicable legal obligations or transaction integrity. Deleting local app data does not automatically delete server-side account or store records.
Data protection and providers
Release service endpoints use HTTPS for transmission. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Third-party services process information according to their own policies. The categories and purposes described above apply when the corresponding feature is enabled.
