A new option for using the Multi-Energy explosion modelling. This option allows the user to model a single confined source that contains the entire mass of the cloud, using input data from the Explosion Parameters. This option is simpler and faster than the previous Multi-Energy option, which required the user to define multiple confined sources and unconfined portions of the cloud.

An improved user interface for defining leak scenarios. The user can now specify the leak direction using a polar coordinate system, or by selecting a point on a 3D model. The user can also define multiple leak sources in a single scenario, and assign different parameters to each source.

A new option for modelling jet fires with flame lift-off. This option allows the user to account for the effect of wind on the jet fire behaviour, which can cause the flame to detach from the release point and move downstream. The user can specify the wind speed and direction, as well as the flame lift-off distance.

A new option for modelling pool fires with wind effects. This option allows the user to account for the effect of wind on the pool fire behaviour, which can cause the flame to tilt and elongate in the wind direction. The user can specify the wind speed and direction, as well as the pool fire diameter.

A new option for modelling toxic dispersion with complex terrain effects. This option allows the user to account for the effect of terrain features, such as hills and valleys, on the dispersion of toxic substances. The user can import a digital elevation model (DEM) file that contains the terrain data, and Phast will use it to calculate the dispersion results.

Phast 7.11 also includes several bug fixes and performance enhancements. The software is compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems. The installation notes provide detailed instructions on how to install and activate Phast 7.11.
