PRIVACY POLICY
Offline Music
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lidia (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Offline Music app and on related support pages (the “App”).
Offline Music is a local player. You add audio and video that you already have. There is no account and no streaming catalog. This policy describes the current App. If a later version adds a feature, we will update this page.
1. WHO THIS POLICY COVERS
This policy applies if you download, install, or use the App, visit these legal or support pages, or email us about the App.
2. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
A. Information stored on your device
The App stores in its sandbox on this iPhone or iPad:
- Audio and video files you import, plus optional artwork copies
- Library details you create or edit (titles, artists, albums, favorites, playlists, folders)
- Playback and app preferences (repeat, shuffle, speed, appearance, last position, and similar settings)
We do not operate a media cloud. We do not upload your imported files to our servers.
B. Information you send when you contact us
If you email us, we receive the message and any contact details you include (such as your email address). We use this only to respond and to keep a record of the request.
C. Purchases (Apple In-App Purchase)
Offline Music Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchase (weekly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime unlock). Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive limited purchase status needed to unlock, restore, or verify Pro on this Apple ID.
Apple’s privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
D. What we do not collect
The App does not create an account. It does not include advertising in this version. It does not use App Tracking Transparency. App Store privacy labels for this version: Data Not Collected.
E. Diagnostics
Apple may collect crash or performance data through the system if you have chosen to share analytics with app developers. That data is used to keep the App working. It is not used to read the contents of your music or video files.
F. Permissions and pickers
- Media import uses Apple’s system Files picker. The App copies only the audio or video you select.
- Optional album or playlist artwork may use Apple’s system Photos picker. Original items in Photos are not modified.
- Background Audio is used so playback can continue when the App is not in the foreground.
- The App does not require Photo Library access, tracking permission, or an account in order to play files you already imported.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
- Provide local import, library, playlist, and playback
- Remember preferences on the device
- Process, restore, and honor Offline Music Pro
- Respond to support requests
- Protect the App and comply with law
We do not use the contents of your library to build a marketing profile of listening taste.
4. SHARING
We do not sell your media files. We do not sell personal information.
We may share or allow processing of information:
- With Apple, for App Store distribution, In-App Purchase, and device services
- With a support or hosting provider for these legal pages, under appropriate terms
- If required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the App
5. YOUR CHOICES
- Restore Pro with Restore on the paywall, using the same Apple ID
- Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
- Delete imported items in the App, or uninstall the App, which removes the on-device library copy
- For support emails, contact us and ask us to delete the message record
6. CHILDREN
The App is for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us, contact us and we will delete that message.
7. RETENTION
On-device library data remains until you delete the item or uninstall the App. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any related legal record. Purchase records follow Apple’s systems.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Because the App does not create an account, most library data never leaves your device. For that data, use in-app delete controls or uninstall the App. For support emails, contact us. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
If you use Share, AirPlay, or open a link (including these legal pages in Safari), that destination has its own terms and privacy policy.
10. CHANGES
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
