Purpose: Used solely to save your customized preferences (such as enabling Anti-AFK, Rainbow Brush speeds, or Auto-Answer intervals) locally on your device.
Necessity: Essential to ensure your preferred settings persist between page reloads and browser restarts.
- Host Permission ("*://gartic.io/*"):
Purpose: Allows the extension's content script to inject the drawing helper overlay and canvas interaction utilities directly into gartic.io pages.
Necessity: Essential for the extension's primary purpose. Without host permissions for gartic.io, the features cannot interact with the game interface.
Are all requested permissions strictly necessary?
Yes. We have deliberately stripped all unnecessary permissions (such as activeTab, scripting, cookies, or broad web access). The extension operates strictly within the scope of gartic.io and saves configuration locally via chrome.storage.
