By downloading, installing, or using Auto Clicker - Automatic Tap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

License

The application is licensed, not sold, to the user. Your use of the application is subject to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Permitted Use

The application is intended for productivity, accessibility support, testing, and repetitive touch automation within the application environment.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the application complies with applicable laws, regulations, website policies, and service terms.

Restrictions

Users may not use the application for unlawful activities or in a manner that violates the rights of others.

Users may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the application except where permitted by law.

In App Purchases

The application offers optional Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime premium purchases.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least twenty four hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Payment will be charged to the Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions may be managed through Apple Account Settings.

Lifetime access is a one time purchase and does not renew.

All purchases are non refundable except where required by Apple policy or applicable law.

The application is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind.

The developer makes no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, compatibility, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application.

Termination

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time without prior notice.
