Always try to eat fresh food. Eat healthy. Avoid snacking on sugary or starchy foods, especially between meals. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables helps to stimulate the flow of saliva which helps tooth surface to ward off tooth decay. Avoid snacking on foods that are high in sugar or starch. You should visit your dentist at least twice a year to have a full hygiene treatment.
